The Water and Sewerage Corporation advises customers in Central Eleuthera including  Gregory Town, Hatchet Bay, James Cistern, Governors Harbour, Palmetto Point, Savannah Sound and Windermere Island that water supply will be interrupted for Four (4) hours on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 9am to 1pm for system improvement works.  The Corporation apologizes for any inconvenience caused as we work to improve our level of service.
 

The Water and Sewerage Corporation advises customers in Western New Providence that the Corporation in conjunction with the Ministry of Public Works will commence an extensive  Water Mains Project beginning Thursday, November 29, 2018.  As a result, there will be nightly interruptions in water supply from 11pm to 5am.  In an effort to ensure that residents in the impacted subdivisions are fully aware of the scope of works and how it will impact their communities, customers residing in Tropical Gardens, Blake Road, Saffron Hills, Bahamia West, Indigo, Atlantic Close, Western Shores I & 2, Meril Beach, Tusculum Heights, Ocean Hill One (1), Yuma Estates, Breluma West, Lilly Close and Kiskadeer Drive are invited to attend an urgent Town Meeting to be held at the New Providence Community Center on Blake Road beginning at 6:30pm on Tuesday, November 27, 2018.  Residents are requested to be sure to attend the Town Meeting so that they can be well informed about the upcoming works.

The Water and Sewerage Corporation advises its customers in New Providence that the Corporation will continue its disconnection exercise on all accounts with outstanding balances beginning Monday, November 26, 2018 until Thursday, December 6, 2018.  Customers are advised to ensure that their accounts are paid up-to-date to avoid disconnection of their water supply without further notice.
