Starting at Approximately 10PM

We wish to notify our valued customers and the general public that we have experienced a major failure on our water transmission main on Robertha Avenue (Ridgeland Park West) late this afternoon.

There has been no interruption in our water supply thus far and teams are presently on site making arrangements to commence the repairs later this evening. It is anticipated that these repairs will commence at approximately 10PM this evening and this will result in Low Pressure and/or No Water to parts of Central, Southern and Eastern New Providence. To limit the number of customers impacted and the duration and severity on those impacted, WSC is taking steps to reroute water supplies where possible; however in some cases, the supply will at a lower than normal level of service.

Full system restoration is anticipated by 4AM on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2016.
