The Water and Sewerage Corporation advises its customers in Central  Eleuthera that due to a recent supply pump failure at its Reverse Osmosis Plant, that water supplies were disrupted over the weekend.  The necessary repairs have subsequently been made and production re-commenced.  Some customers in Central Eleuthera will continue to experience reduced levels of service over the next 24 to 48 hours while the Corporation makes every effort to ensure that supplies are fully restored. ...

The Water and Sewerage Corporation in North, Central and South Andros and Mangrove Cay advises its customers that the Corporation will commence disconnection of water supply on all outstanding accounts.  To avoid suspension of service, customers are advised to bring their accounts current, and ensure that all outstanding financial agreements are honored.

The Water and Sewerage Corporation advises customers in Central Eleuthera that a mechanical fault at its desalination plant resulted in the disruption of water supply this past weekend.  Customers should further note that the Corporation continues to work to make the necessary repairs so that water supply will be completely restored.  The Corporation regrets the inconvenienced caused as a result of the failure.
