The Corporation advises its valued customers in Deadman’s Cay, Long island, that its desalination plant remains at reduced capacity owing to a mechanical failure.  Specially manufactured parts required to facilitate the repair are presently being procured by the Contractor and repairs are anticipated to be completed by the weekend of August 25.  Until then, supplies will continue to be limited and at low pressures at times.  The Corporation is doing all it can to ensure the quickest repair and a return to normal operation and apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
