COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT:

 

The Water and Sewerage Corporation advises Residents of North and Central Eleuthera that due to the recent lighting strikes, pumps, high tension power lines and transformers were damaged in the Bogue well field. This has caused a 50% reduction in water production from that well field, and coupled with the already reduced production level from the Naval Base R/ O plant, there may be periods of no to low pressure throughout the North and central regions over the next day or two.

 

The Corporation apologizes for the inconvenience caused.
