The business of the corporation is conducted by ten strategic divisions each headed by a member of Executive Management.

Engineering, Planning & Project Management Division
The objective of the Engineering, Planning & Project Management Division is to carry out engineering services with respect to projects
The Engeering & Planning & Project Management division is headed by Deputy General Manager, Christopher Sherman.
Accounting & Finance

The Finance Division, under the portfolio of the Chief Financial Officer incorporates Purchasing, Accounts and Information Technology Departments. Primary responsibilities include ensuring the integrity and availability of financial records and information, performing routine financial activities including banking, procurement, payroll and contract coordination, as well as maintaining a robust and modern information technology and communications network. The Finance Division is headed by Deputy General Manager/Chief Financial Officer, Sandra Edgecombe.
New Providence Operations

The overall objective is to provide safe and effective water services through efficient operation and maintenance of the Corporation’s assets, reduction of water losses, quick response to customer complaints, and effective use of technology and industry best quality control/assurance practices.
The New Providence Operations division is headed by Acting Deputy General Manager, Glen Laville.
Human Resources, Training, & Industrial Relations
The overall objective of the Human Resources, Training, Industrial Relations Administration & Publics Relations Division is to recruit suitably qualified personnel to ensure that the Corporation is adequately staffed in order to meet its goals and objectives; to provide continuous monitoring of procedures with respect to human resources; to provide counselling and welfare services; to provide support services; and to manage corporate communications to ensure that information is disseminated in a timely manner.
The Human Resources, Training, Industrial Relations Administration and Public Relations division is headed by Daphne Simmons, Senior Assistant General Manager, Human Resources.
Internal Control & Compliance
The overall objective of the Internal Control and Compliance Division is to audit all departments to ensure compliance with departmental standards/targets; to conduct financial/internal audits of specific corporate activities/functions to maximize efficiency of the Corporation’s resources and to minimize losses; to coordinate a Corporate scorecard and to report on management’s adherence to the Corporation’s Business Plan,Industrial Agreements, Risk Management Program and Corporate Policies in a concentrated effort to ensure that the quality and delivery of our products and services to our customers meet or exceed local and international standards and best practices.
The Internal Control & Compliance division is headed by Senior Assistant General Manager Internal Control & Compliance, Elwood Donaldson.
Family Islands & Water Environment Division
The objective of the Family Islands and Water Environment Divison is to supply, monitor, improve and coordinate Family Islands water and commercial services; to actively monitor and engage in hydrological and other environmental issues that serve to sensitize customers and the country to water as a limited and precious resource.
The Family Islands & Water Environment Division is headed by Assistant General Manager, Robert Deal.
Commercial Operations

The overall objective of the Commercial Operations Division is to ensure that all related functions such as Billing, Credit and Collections, Meter Reading and Customer Relations achieve optimum functional levels so as to maximize customer satisfaction through the use of well-trained and highly motivated staff.
The Commercial Operations division is headed by Assistant General Manager, Cheri Hanna.
Business Development Division
The overall objective of the Business Development Division is to create and/or expand business opportunities for the Corporation; to engage in marketing initiatives that promote the Corporation’s image in a positive light by increasing customer awareness to the Corporation’s services; to analyze and advise on business operating environment that is, general economic trends, indices and financial conditions that would impact WSC's operation; review tariffs to ensure revenues keep pace with cost and.
The Business Development division is headed by Assistant General Manager, Philip Beneby.
Sewerage Services

The overall objective of the Sewerage Services Division is to enable the best possible manifestation of the planning and engineering process. This is achieved through the development and implementation of a National Water and Wastewater Plan. This plan reinforces Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM). IWRM enables good quality and expanded services, which governs the operation and maintenance of all facilities used for the collection, treatment and disposal of wastewater. It also includes opportunities for wastewater reuse, and achieves the transfer of appropriate technology for the future benefit of the Corporation throughout development and implementation of industry standards, policies, procedures, manpower training, and corporate business initiatives involving the wastewater sector.
The Sewerage Services division is headed by Assistant General Manager, Sewerage Services, Glenn Archer.
Consultant
The Consultant to the Corporation is a former Assistant General Manager/Family Islands, whose tenure at the Corporation began in 1990. The Consulting portfolio includes providing hydrogeological services; technical input on water and sewerage facilities and use of deep wells; environmental assessments; information about the Family Islands; opinions on development proposals; review of documents, reports and studies, government submissions, formal documents and background information on all of the above.
